Practice: Take an untimed examination in which you can select your own subject matter. Choose how many questions you want and check your answers as you go.
Timed Examination: Timed examination in which your answer and score is withheld until finished. Select a specific question subject or take a timed exam with proportion matching the APMLE. You select the number of questions.
Exam Simulator Mode: A practice examination with questions and a time limit matching the APMLE. Dubbed by many as being the closest thing to the examination next to taking it.
